As exhausting as a trip with anxiety can be, it might help to write your thoughts down and figure out what is making you anxious. Question those negative thoughts and send them packing along with that unwanted anxiety!
You can use this postcard as a tool to supplement your treatment. If your anxiety is severe, please seek a mental health specialist that can diagnose anxiety and provide counseling.
